TASTING NOTES
An intense aroma with notes of mature mango, orange peel and exotic spices. Fresh, unctuous, elegant, and generous. Long after taste, full of character.

Food pairing
Cod, baked fish, chicken curry, soft cheeses.

Vinification
After a selection in the vineyard, a second selection was made at the sorting table. It fermented in 300L barrels at a temperature of 15ºC.
