Pacheca Wine Club USA LLC is committed to the responsible sale, marketing, and enjoyment of alcoholic beverages in accordance with United States law.

Legal Drinking Age Requirement (21+)
• Alcohol may only be sold and delivered to individuals who are 21 years of age or older.
• Valid government‑issued photo identification is required at the time of delivery.
• Adult signature (21+) is mandatory on all wine shipments.

Marketing & Responsible Consumption
• We do not target or market to minors.
• We do not promote excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption.
• We encourage enjoying wine as part of a balanced and responsible lifestyle.

Refusal of Service
• We reserve the right to refuse sale or delivery where age cannot be verified.
• If the delivery carrier is unable to confirm age 21+, re‑delivery fees may apply.

Commitment to Compliance
• Compliance with all federal and state alcohol regulations (TTB, DTC state laws).
• We do not ship to states where Direct‑to‑Consumer wine delivery is prohibited.
• We continuously monitor regulatory changes to ensure compliance at all times.
