PACHECA WINE CLUB USA LLC – Auto‑Renewal Disclosure

This is an automatic subscription renewal disclosure required by U.S. state laws including California, New York,
Colorado and others regulating recurring billing programs.

By joining the Pacheca Wine Club Semi‑Annual Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• This is a **recurring subscription** that renews automatically every six (6) months.
• Each Wine Club shipment is priced at **$499 USD + applicable taxes**.
• You will be **charged immediately** upon joining and **every six (6) months thereafter**.
• You may **cancel your membership at any time**.
• **Processed charges are non‑refundable**.
• Cancellation prevents future charges and shipments but does not refund past payments.
• You may update your shipping address up to **15 days before shipment**.
• Membership benefits end immediately upon cancellation.

You will receive a confirmation email after each billing and before each scheduled shipment.

To cancel or manage your subscription at any time:
