Ruby in color, this wine presents a pleasant aroma of fresh red fruits, with slight spicy nuances. On the palate, it is very elegant, with smooth tannins and a harmonious finish.

White meats, pasta, duck rice.
Vinification
Manual harvest in 15kg boxes. Selection of bunches on a sorting table followed by de-stemming and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled
temperature.
