TASTING NOTES
Color Intense.
Aroma Complex aroma with red fruit notes (blackcurrant) and floral hints of orange blossom and violet.
Boca Very well-integrated oak notes. On the palate, it is also very complex, with hints of red fruit and well-polished tannins. Great persistence and a long finish.
Food
Roasted, stewed, or grilled meat dishes. Confit duck or duck rice. Roasted octopus and baked cod. Soft cheese varieties.
Vinification
Destemmed and crushed grapes fermented in a stainless-steel tank with periodic pump-overs and delestage. Fermentation tank in stainless steel, inoculated with selected yeasts, lasting approximately 8 to 9 days at a controlled temperature between 23 and 25°C.
