Tasting notes
Intense garnet color. Aroma with notes of mint, black fruit, olive jam, tobacco and spice. On the palate it shows structure, good freshness and a high concentration of silky, long tannins that prolong the pleasure of tasting.

Rack of lamb, matured rib-eye, black pork.
Vinification
After a selection in the vineyard, a second selection was made at the sorting table. Fermentation takes place in an 11,000 litre French oak vat.
