TASTING NOTES
Dense ruby-red colored red wine. Aromas of red and black fruits (plums, blackberries, and blackcurrants). On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with present but well-polished tannins. Persistent with a long-lasting finish.
Food Pairing
Traditional Portuguese meat dishes, poultry (duck), and game.
Vinification
Full vinification in a stainless steel fermentation tank. Crushing and destemming, with co-inoculation of lactic acid bacteria during alcoholic fermentation.
Barrel Aging
6 months in French oak barrels.
