WIntense and deep red color. Great aromatic complexity. Characterized by the lively and emotional attack, followed by an evolution of great amplitude, finishing with an enormous persistence and elegance, revealing a great balance between all its components.

Game meats, roasted goat, carre d’agneau.
Vinification method
Manual harvest into chests of 15kg. Manual selection of the grapes in mat. After destemming and crushing, the vinification occurred in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, with adequate maceration to its characteristics.
